Cindy is a kitten with a strength that many of us would be happy to have.
"Tenth Life for NYC Cats first learned about Cindy (A917157) after seeing her posted on NYC Urgent Cats on Facebook.
Cindy is a darling 6 week old calico kitten that was turned in as a stray to Brooklyn Animal Care and Control. She is paralyzed in her hind limbs as a result of what we suspect is trauma, but we believed in Cindy enough to try and give her a chance. She is currently in a medical foster home receiving TLC around the clock. She needs her bladder emptied daily and needs help using her litterbox. In addition, her foster parent is providing physical therapy sessions to keep her muscles strong despite the paralysis. "
The following video shows her improvement after only 6 weeks of therapy.
